Ding Sheng PU Foam Spray is a high-quality, one-component polyurethane foam designed for enthusiasts creating paludariums. It offers excellent expansion, bonding strength, and durability — perfect for shaping naturalistic landscapes, rock structures, waterfalls, and land/water transitions.

Application & Technical Notes

• Preparation: Clean and slightly damp surfaces help adhesion; remove loose dust, ensure good ventilation.
• Apply carefully: Shake well, use nozzle / applicator straw; foam expands significantly — use trial lines or masking where needed.
• Cure time: Surface tack-free in ~10-20 minutes; fully cured in ~24-48 hours depending on thickness and humidity.
• Shaping & finishing: Once cured, carve, sand, trim; coat or seal with aquarium-safe epoxy, silicone or cement base for aesthetic and safety.
• Limitations: Not for continuous submerged exposure unless sealed; high heat can degrade uncoated foam; keep away from direct flame during use.
