At Fish Fix Sri Lanka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 5-day return policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
❌ Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.

- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning the product for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
